Free Standard Shipping
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 throughout North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico).
- Orders typically require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your region.
- Delivery times may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
- Items in stock will be shipped immediately.
- Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) containing your tracking ID and link.
- You may also track your order directly on our Tracking Page.
- Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Our fulfillment team works quickly, and the window for corrections is very short.

Lost or Stolen Packages
JELOSTONE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Check with household members, building staff, or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
